On 14 December 2011 judgment given which quantified the judgment amount (170.1m rand + costs). Appeal lodged by the Defendant. In March 2015 the Supreme Court upheld the appeal by the defendant. The plaintiff’s application for leave to appeal to the High Court was refused.
