Retail Adventures Pty Ltd (In Liquidation)

IMF initially funded proceedings to set aside a resolution of creditors that Retail Adventures execute a Deed of Company Arrangement. These proceedings were successful and Retail Adventures was placed into liquidation. IMF is presently funding an application under section 564 of the Corporations Act for payment of an equalising amount to IMF's funded creditors.

Current Stage of Case

The application will be heard by the Supreme Court on 6 May 2015. The Liquidators of Retail Adventures have made two distributions to creditors.
