IMF Bentham funded a claim on behalf of RiverCity Motorway unit holders against the traffic forecaster, alleging misleading and deceptive conduct and omissions in relation to the traffic forecasts included in the Product Disclosure Statement inviting investors to purchase units in the relevant RiverCity Trusts.
Current Stage of Case
A settlement, without any admission of liability, was approved by the Federal Court in 2016.
