Tathra Bushfire Class Action
Omni Bridgeway and William Roberts Lawyers are working together to investigate possible claims for compensation arising from the Tathra bushfire.
We are gathering information from people who have been affected. This information will be used to evaluate whether in the future there may be viable legal claims for compensation, including losses not covered by insurance.
If you believe you have suffered loss or damage as a result of the Tathra bushfire, Omni Bridgeway invites you to provide your details through this website.
Once you have provided your details, you will then be sent a questionnaire asking for more information about your situation. Please fill in the questionnaire and return it to Omni Bridgeway. We will then keep you updated as to whether any potential legal claims arise. All information provided will be treated confidentially and in accordance with Omni Bridgeway's privacy policy.
